Mosaic
I decided to make a mosaic for this image because it shows the obsession in the stalker for him to create a collage out of the woman's pictures.
I did this as a mosaic rather than a proper collage because it looked a lot more effective when everything merges into a bigger picture. From far away this image would look quite normal, but from close up you can see all the detail within it. I feel that the stalker does exactly this. From the outside his work looks quite simple, and safe, but when you look deep into it you can see how much effort he/she puts into his work, and how danger it can be for the victim that this stalker is around.

I decided to create a mosaic from all the images i had taken of Louise. This was one of the ideas i wanted to do for my final piece, however, i decided to do it as experimentation and development instead. I did this by using a website called http://www.pixisnap.com where you can create a mosaic on your on photograph. If i wanted to do this on photoshop, i could do it by creating two layers, one with lots of pictures on it made to 50% opacity, and the other with the image i want as the background at 100% opacity. However, that would consume a lot of time, which is why i did it through the website.
I then developed this idea by making the woman's features stand out, i did this on top of the other image, by using the original image and taking out the lips eyes and hair from it. I then reduced their opacity and made the contrast higher to make it blend in with the image. I feel that this image looks a lot more effective as it looks richer in the sense of colours used in the frame.
